Prints out good, needed a little clean up with a file to make the thread line up better. But overall it fits together nicely and functions well. Printed in PLA-CF for effect and durability.

<p>I´m not the designer of this model, but I was unhappy with reworking the parts manually for fitting them. So I took the original piece “H2_D.stl”, loaded it into Fusion360 and shaved off a few sides. It´s not yet perfect but the two sides should be well aligned <strong>after </strong>installing the screw. If you want to do better I would also be glad to provide you my .f3d file with a few comments, just drop me a message. I printed everything in PLA but for the blade I would recommend a stronger material (PLA Tough, PLA-CF, …) as it wears down quickly.<br> </p><p>Print details:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I finally decided not using supports as suggested, because the supported sides didn´t look that much better than the unsupported ones.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Blade:</p><ul><li>0.2 mm layer height</li><li>6 walls</li><li>50% infill</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Other Parts:</p><ul><li>0.2mm layer height</li><li>2 walls</li><li>15% infill</li></ul>
