Wait no longer! Experience the XL today by printing one:)

Made this for the kit card contest.
I decided to make the gantry on little poles for aesthetics even though print head should be on the rail that crosses the top. I’ve updated several times, now it can hold 4 multi-material units as well as 4 spools on printer sides. No glue or tools required (other than a pair of snips).

There are extra part models if you’d like to add additional spools and MMU’s.

7/11/23 - 2nd UPDATE

BOWDEN TUBE now fits properly along with all spool side mounts. I have deleted the original without a Bowden Tube, but let me know if anyone wants the older version and I’ll re-post. (It did have a stronger top due to not having the mmu mount holes across it.

Also: Added additional holes and parts if you want to add additional Multi Material Units.

7/11/23 UPDATE, just printed out version 12 with “wiring and Bowden tube”. As soon as I get home to test it, I will post the new model update (shown in last picture)

7/10/23 Well, it’s 2:00am and this quick little project has grown. I’ve decided to extra Spools and MMU’s, hopefully tomorrow.
