Description

Measure the diameter or radius of a corner/fillet using this circular tool.

Many of these types of tools use the easier to model semicircle, which may not be as useful as most corners, which are 90 degrees, have a fillet of a quarter of a circle. This print is applicable to more situations.

Making is circular makes it easier to test all the possible diameters, but if you want it to fit as a card, do leave a comment.

You can print it multicolour by colouring the whole model the colour of the labels,

then in Prepare → Process → Objects tab find the step file for the model, expand it, and colour “Part 1” the colour of the base.

Printed this on the Default with ironing profile, with a smooth pei bed in the P1S. You can see from the photos that I was measuring the corners on an RFID card. 7 was too big and 5 was too small - 6 fits just right. Not sure where the text under "[mm]" went, but i guess it wasnt really that important anyways - haha! This disc is just about the same size thickness as a credit card or 1.5 of these RFID cards, to give you a thickness comparison. It has a slight amount of flex around the edges, but the center is stiff. Good print. I like it.
