Description

This is a Clemson Tigers lightbox that was requested via my request form. I enjoy making these so I try to get to as many requests as possible. I do them in my free time and post the majority of them here for free. As with most of my lightboxes, the rear cover has a cutout for wiring lights as well as a sawtooth style hanger in the event you wish to hang it on the wall. This model also includes a stand for displaying on a table

If you enjoy my work and would like to support my efforts, please consider buying me a coffee and following me so you don't miss my upcoming models as I release new ones often.

You may need to adjust your flow rate or your wall overlap settings

I have to remake it again, I will try the wall overlap settings and increase it slightly, thanks!

Flow rate is usually increased from .98 to between 1 and 1.05. I usually use the highest. Wall overlap should be set to between 25% and 50%. Again I tend to use the higher setting

I just buy the cheap sets from walmart. They are great value brand rgbw lights with a 6ft usb cord. They are weatherproof so I just strip the silicone coating off of them to be more pliable. I then use hot glue at every cut point to ensure they stay in place as the adhesive is not always the greatest. I then cut then to length and use the left overs with usb pigtails wired to only activate the white leds. I use rgbw lights in kid lamps and white leds for my others

How does the orange, purple and white sections stay in the outer ring?

Im not exactly sure what you are asking. Each colored section gets loaded into the slicer at the same time. Bambu studio will then ask if you want to treat all the files as a single object. Choose yes and then set each part to the proper color in your AMS. This aligns all the parts properly and all parts print together and stick to each other. I can uploade a print profile to help

I’m going to design one with just the tiger paw on my next few days off, but if you’re faster at making them than me, I wouldn’t mind if you saved me 4 hours lol
