So I opened Fusion 360 and designed a similar Spiral Vase.

Make it More Practical
Once printed the vase is good for dry flowers and its not water tight. My friend found a solution to this actual 145x200mm size of the vase. You could insert a perticular glass cup into the vase and it makes perfect fit. You could buy it from IKEA and its called GODIS. It costs $8 AUD with 6 packs. This means you will have 5 spare glass cups or you could just print more vases for your friends…
Bigger Size
Same settings, but scale the z to 250mm (124.25%). The print time would be increase to 5.1 hours.
You could also insert a IKEA bear glass called OANVÄND and it only cost $3 AUD. It may be not the best fit but you could always put some double side tape at the bottom of the glass.
