This is a clip that goes on the handle of an Uppababy carseat/carrier which can hold contrast cards. The v1 model requires two cards to be inserted in order for them to not fall out. I have not tested the v1.1 version but I made the card clip part slightly tighter to hopefully hold a single card without issue.
