Description

Packers helmet a guy at work asked if I could do and here it is.

Original example printed with Bambu basic PLA black, white, mistletoe green and Sunlu yellow PLA.

As normal make sure to get your hotend heated up to clean off any old filament that is stuck to the nozzle before sending the print to prevent wisps.

The back includes an negative cube as an object for you to move and scale to your needs for the light install.

love it but for some reason I have gaps in sharp angles.

There are a few variables that can cause gapping. All of our light boxes are printed on a textured plate. If you are using our settings from the 3mf files it could be your filament tuning if using different filament. Diffenet filaments have different shrinkage with temp and speed. It’s hard to trouble shoot when everyone’s set up is different. if using a smooth plate you really have to have your filaments dialed in.
