Utility knife I designed to work with standard box blades. Blades can be purchased at local hardware stores or on Amazon.

Not bad, but I had to put a bit of tape inside the blade holder to keep the blade from falling out constantly.

I would suggest calibrating your filament flow rate. sounds like you might be slightly under extruding. you shouldn’t need to do anything beside add a blade.
