Description

!CAUTION!

The maker world dont let me to upload the profile for the TPU you have to make your self use the print i have!

Hello fellow makers,

I'm thrilled to present another exciting project for the community's consideration.

The primary focus of this project involves 3D printing phone pads using soft TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) or TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) with a minimum shore hardness of 70A, or even lower if feasible. Personally, I've successfully printed these pads on my A1mini with a customized setup, and I'm eager to share the details with the community.

I've devised a unique method to ensure optimal results without the need for support. I insert a support structure midway through the print using a pause command. Here's the process: begin by printing the first part in PLA or PETg, and when the print reaches the halfway mark, insert the cylindric to the pad. Resume the print!

Preventing TPU Adhesion to Support Material:

Here you want to create a barrier to prevent TPU from adhering to support material, consider applying a thin film of a "release agent" PVA glue. Apply the film before initiating the print to facilitate easier separation between the TPU and support materials.

Should be a little more Kfactor but the Bambu don't support it ! i will post them at the forum

Your feedback and insights are invaluable to this project. Let's collaborate to push the boundaries of 3D printing capabilities!

I am looking forward to your participation show mi your prints

To print this type of material on the A1 you have to make this hack first!

Best regards,
