起因自己组装了一个便携屏,当我想要去搜索显示器支架时,发现市面上并没有针对16寸左右的便携屏优化的支架,我想要一个在实现俯仰调节和升降调节的情况下,尽量小巧的显示器支架,于是就着手自己设计了一个显示器支架。

打印注意事项

1.必须要打印的件为底座和vesa安装架。需要选择一个打印的是支架臂,可以选择水平的支架臂和斜45度的支架臂,其中斜45度又分为了两个长度,可以根据自己需要打印。

2.打印我是全部选择25%的填充,在这个填充下,强度已经够了,如果要求更强的强度可以在转角处和螺丝连接处设置更大的填充。

3.需要自己购买的材料:m8螺母2个,m8x45螺丝1个,m8x30螺丝1个(可以都用m8x45),m4x8螺丝4个。

The reason I assembled a portable screen myself was when I went to search for a monitor stand, I found that there were no stands on the market optimized for portable screens around 16 inches in size. I wanted a monitor stand that was as compact as possible while still allowing for tilt and height adjustments, so I set about designing one myself.

Printing Notes

1. The base and VESA mount must be printed. You need to choose a bracket arm to print, which can be either horizontal or at a 45-degree angle. The 45-degree angle comes in two lengths, and you can print according to your needs.

2. For printing, I chose a 25% fill. At this fill level, the strength is already sufficient. If you require more strength, you can set a larger fill at the corners and where the screws connect.

3. Materials you need to buy yourself: 2 M8 nuts, 1 M8x45 screw, 1 M8x30 screw (you can use M8x45 for all), 4 M4x8 screws.
