Description

I made a clean and simple wall mount for my cheap, generic micropipettes.

Works by hanging the micropipettes by the “grip overhang” lip, as the side profiles gently centers the pipette on the holder, keeping it well in place.
- You have to deliberately try to make it slip off the holder.

I designed this with a decently sized central hole for screwing it to a wall, shelf, etc.
The back of the model is also big and flat enough for some double sided tape, which would be more than strong enough to keep it mounted.

I originally intended to make these mountable to a 2020 extrusion, but prices went through the roof locally, so I scrapped that plan.
The hole fits up to M6 bolts, if you want to try for yourself!

After some quick Googling I've found these vendors with identical pipette designs:
- JoanLab
- Vevor
- IntlLab
- Westtune
- OniLab
- Genever
- Ikeme
- JVLab
- Probably heaps more that should fit, this design seems super generic.

Pictured parts are printed in 3DO PLA Sparkle Antracite (now discontinued, unfortunately).

This is the first design I've shared online: Feedback and criticism is wanted and welcome!
