In brief
Generation 2 Carrot Gravity Toy Knife Was excellent, but the download was seriously interrupted by some file name issues. Furthermore, I detested having to adhere it together. I've since edited it and uploaded it again. But I can't seem to locate the original file from when I was working on it.
Additionally, I utilised if you have a tap and die set and wish to tidy up the threads. M5X0.8 in case of the tiny one. And for the larger ones, M7X1.0.

UPDATE: I updated a few files with looser tolerances. I reduced the blade's size by a total of two millimetres in each direction.
