Update 28.03.2024: thanks to ArweZ_ for printing 42mm-Version and sharing these beautiful pictures:

Update 22.03.2024: Additional Raw-Files added: JoinElement_A_42mm, JoinElement_B_42mm, JoinElement_C_42mm. With these you can build this Wine Rack with 42mm x 42mm Woods. I recommend 30mm Wine Rack because in my opinion it is optimum design. at 42mm-Wood-Design, you will see more Wood than Wine-Bottles :).

If I have a 42mm wood. How much scale does the model need to be?

42 / 30 = 1.4 scale should be then 1.4 --> 140% But you should double check , after scaling maybe you will need bigger screws and also 40% bigger bottles :D. And the Wine rack will not fit into the kallax.
