update 3
If you want to use cardboard spool you will need a adapter
you rip the cardboard on side at the time and insert the spool adapter plus the reusable spool, then you flip the rool and do the samething the other side. you can now use your Bambu RIFD for other brand of filament spool adapter link here
update 2
just add a .4mm nozzle ABS profile that you can use with the ABS filament clip profile
update 1
I just did a .4mm profile for PLA and with this one you can use the filament clip you want… no need to look at my profile….you can print the 2 colour one but thay fit a little bit tight, I had to use plier to press them in
Ok so I needed a spool that is fast to print, dosen't take mutch filament, that is direct replacement of the real bambu spool with RFID support, able to receive bambu filament identification sticker and something that use the bambu filament clip
because I'm using a .6mm nozzle I rescaled the hole on the spool to insert the filament clip and also, I will drop a .6mm nozzle print profile for the filament clip so every part fit together!!
this is aslo a smooth plate profile, you can stick the bambu sticker on the side of your spool for filament identification.
why I need the filament clip? because in my drybox the filament spool fit verry tight so I don't want filament sticking out the side and those clip fit in the AMS.
It is really the ULtimate spool acording to me and my setup
