This is a larger version (4x the volume) of my original filament clips holder (https://makerworld.com/en/models/179273#profileId-197194).

It has two parts - the first slips over the inner frame and is thin enough to allow the glass top to sit flush. The second is the holder/bin which has a tight fit into the first part.
