Introducing the stunning "Person of the Year" award, inspired by Time Magazine's 2006 declaration that everyone is a Person of the Year. This unique and elegant award is designed to celebrate the achievements and contributions of individuals from all walks of life.

The award features a beautiful hourglass structure with three sleek white stems connecting the top and bottom. The hourglass is a mesmerizing 3D Voronoi structure that adds a modern touch to the classic design. The black top and bottom create a striking contrast with the white stems, while the "TIME" logo in bright red at the top of the award adds a pop of color.

If your interested in remixing some of the parts please read the last section of this description.

-------------PRINT SUGGESTIONS-------------------

All parts have been designed to print without supports and have been oriented to what I believe will produce the best look. The only thing you need to be mindful of is where the seam will print as you don't want the seam to be in the front like mine lol.

I recommend turning ironing on for the top and bottom pieces as this gives it a really nice finish.

All of the files included in this package are provided both as pictured and as blank templates, which allows you to utilize Prusa Slicer's new text features to add your own text. The top and bottom sections of the design are depicted as debossed, meaning that you will require an AMS or MMU printing setup to print them correctly. However, I have also included an embossed version for those who wish to achieve the effect via layer filament swapping, but note that this only applies to the "2006" on the bottom and the "TIME" on the top. The text "TIME MAGAZINE" and "Person of the Year" are still debossed.

If you do not have access to an AMS or MMU printing setup, I suggest printing the design in black and then switching to white for the debossed side text. Then, switch back to black until you reach the "2006" and "Time" text, where you will switch to white or red respectively. Once the design has been printed, you can use a black sharpie to cover the white area around the debossed side text.

The Voroni Hourglass can be printed without support. I printed mine on the Bambu Lab X1C using a .4mm nozzle and the 1.6 optimal print settings. There are a few places that do not print correctly this way but they are small and easily cleaned up. If you absolutely have to use support then i suggest tree supports.

I have included a solid hourglass which can be printed in vase mode. I have also included hollow bottoms so that you can install lights into it if you want.

After printing and assembling mine i made some adjustment to most of the parts and those are the ones uploaded here. I have uploaded Bambu Studio Project Files. These files contain all the latest parts and correction i made after printing mine. For example I have fixed the seam locations so that they are not in the front of the trophy. These files are also pre-colored and have adjusted other setting as needed to achieve the best look, print times, and material usage.

------------------REMIX NOTES------------------

I would really like to see people remix some of the parts. It would be cool to see new stems or glasses made. As such, Here are the dims on various pieces.

The Center Glass is 185mm tall. This dimension includes 1mm at the top and bottom of the Glass which will be recessed into the Top and Bottom of the finished product. The top and bottom diameter of the Glass is 63mm.

The Stems are 189mm tall. This dimension includes 3mm at the top and bottom of the Stems which will be recessed into the Top and Bottom of the finished product. The top and bottom diameters of the Stems are 20mm.

The Feet are 7mm tall. This dimension includes 1mm at the top of the Feet which will be recessed into the Bottom of the finished product. The top diameters of the Feet are 20.1mm.

The Top and Bottom are 22mm Tall with and overall diameter of 124mm.

These are the dims I thought would be most needed by anyone wishing todo a remix. If you would like any other dims please feel free to ask.
