This is a protective case based of of TheSameNameTwice's Water-Tight/Dust-Proof Parametric Box v2. It is specifically designed to fit my Miroir M225 Portable projector. There are 6 TPU bumpers, 2 of which are a bit thicker and go on the short ends of the case to keep the projector snug. There is some extra space around the edges, adjusting the thickness (use scale and change the Z parameter) of the TPU bumpers so it may be pretty easy to adapt to other similarly sized pico projectors.

I printed mine with PETG on the inside to give it a little extra flex in the case of a drop. Mine will spend the majority of its time in a closet so I opted to print the outside in PLA but if you plan to travel often with it I'd recommend a tougher plastic, or something that can handle drops better than PLA like PETG, or ABS.

The hinges use a piece of filament, and the latch pins are 3d printed but both could be modified to use the screws of your liking.

I have oriented all the parts in the best orientation for printing.

The case incorporates a TPU gasket to protect the projector against moisture and dust. It also works well without the included TPU gasket, but it definitely closes more satisfyingly with it installed.

The outer box should still be able to be parametrized but I am not a talented 360 modeler so using my fusion 360 files would likely not be very useful if you needed to modify for another projector. I can upload STEP files though if someone thinks they could make use of it.
