Kawasaki Team Green Light. There seems to have been a fittment issue on last model uploaded which has now been fixed.

The top cover does not close because it is too big. please check, it was a waste of time and material.

You sure you didnt do something wrong your the first and only to have an issue. is there a tight spot maybe, sometimes these occur at sharp points in the box. Simply take your snips and make a relief cut in the brim on back side of the face.

I have one sitting in my window right now that printed flawless so something might have happened when slicing but everything lines up on my end.
