The label holder is designed to hold a spool of labels which is 60mm in diameter with a 25mm hole for the tube and approx 55mm wide. The labels I am using are dissolvable labels for food containers, and are 1"x2". It can mount on the wall and when it needs to be refilled, just unscrew the cap and remove the body of the dispenser which makes setting up a new roll easy. I have not yet wall mounted mine, but it has 4 screw holes (for flat head screws) or it can be mounted with 3M command strips (which is how I am mounting it).
Pardon the ugly Z-seam, at least it's on the bottom (I need to adjust the retraction which seems too aggressive).

I printed this with a 0.6mm nozzle and used 0.3mm layers for most parts, but I used 0.2mm for the cap. This should not require any supports. Parts are not oriented for printing.
