model concept is great but the design needs to be redone. a lot of open faces and modeling is not finished yet, this is a draft. OP, need to close a lot of the faces so that colors don’t bleed in improperly (ie by stars, eyes, nose, mouth, balloon edge, etc). too many open face to face areas that need to be closed.

This was an early design from when I was still learning the best ways to import an svg file. Printed ok so I left it alone. Mesh was a little rough though. I cleaned up the SVG in Inkscape and then imported it into blender to clean the mesh a little more. Enabled Arachne in the slice. Should print much cleaner now.
