Ciao a tutti,

Hi all,
Since many of you have asked me, here you will find the kit to build the 9x21 / 9x19 case separator by Targetfun.it
The system allows you to automatically and quickly separate cases of different sizes collected from the shooting range.
The separator uses standard Lee tube and can be connected to an automatic case feeder to automate this operation as well.
The kit includes:
- BOX STL file
- Front Panel STL FIle
- Piston STL file
- Biella STL file
- Separator module STL file
The files have minimum tolerances and will therefore need to be worked with a file and fine sandpaper once printed to obtain the perfect size and remove roughness and imperfections in the print.
In particular (also based on the type of printer, use of supports, etc.) the following must be refined:
- The seat in which the piston slides
- The side walls of the piston
- The coupling of the separator
- The seat of the separator coupling
It is also necessary to check that the cases slide well from the piston to the separator, removing any steps or base present between the two pieces or in the separator.
I print everything in PETG for a mechanical reason, but with a good PLA+ or other materials you can get better finishes.
In addition to the printed parts, the following material must be obtained:
You will also need an electric cable, a soldering iron with solder, etc.
Based on your manual skills and the material you already have, you can then modify the project to your liking.
In the images I attach the electrical connection diagram.
The switch is used to reverse the rotation cycle, so as to be able to act easily if some shells get stuck during the descent, but it is not essential and was only introduced in the latest versions of the project.
