This modeled Cessna 206 is to replicate an old toy that i couldn't find new for my little Julie.
It turned out to be a fun project, i used existing model from Onshape and made necessary conversion for 3d printing using #Fusion360 and #PrusaSlic3r . Machine used is #AnyCubic I3 mega S #Esun PLA filaments which turned out to be great combination.
It's powered by a salvaged geared 815 coreless motor from a cheap drone, i'll leave a similar one in links below. 500mah battery is enough for 2 mins flight and charges using a 18650 micro board. tiny power switch is used and can be visible in the right door handle.
Add weight as nessesary in weight box that goes in the nose. piece of PLA can be glued to the box and passed through the instrument panel to easily adjust the balalnce after assembly if required.
please glue the wings to the body as last step after you made test fit and flight, the plane should be a little nose heavy and rudder adjusted as in images (130 deg) to function properly.
i only added few STL files in preview, remaining in RAR file for better part organization

please print using the recommended height and width, however for small parts it's better to got down to 0.16 layer heigh and 0.32 width.
i tried to set tricky parts on correct printing orientation for best layers adhesion and fewer spport and the rest remains random so feel free to experiment
wing span:55 cm
nozzle:0.4
layer height:0.24
line width:0.42
