MANDRINI PER ANELLI
Ho realizzato questo set di mandrini per la lavorazione degli anelli.
Il set è formato da:
- 21 mandrini per anelli Ø 14 al Ø 24 con misure intermedie
- 1 manico mandrini
- 1 base porta mandrini
Occorre una vite M8x3cm con testa svasata per poter allargare il mandrino e serrare l'anello.
La vite tra manico e mandrino è inversa alla vite M8 così facendo quando si stringe la vite M8 tenendo in mano il manico si tringe anche la vite tra mandrino e manico.

MANDRELS FOR RINGS
I made this set of mandrels for the processing of rings.
The set consists of:
- 21 mandrels for rings Ø 14 to Ø 24 with intermediate sizes
- 1 mandrel handle
- 1 mandrel holder base
You need a M8x3cm screw with countersunk head to be able to widen the mandrel and tighten the ring.
The screw between the handle and the mandrel is inverse to the M8 screw, so when you tighten the M8 screw while holding the handle in your hand, you also pull the screw between the mandrel and the handle.

Tutto stampato in PLA.
Mandrini e manico li ho stampati con noozle 0.4 con un'altezza dello strato di 0.2 e con riempimento del 20%.
La base porta mandrini l'ho stampata con nozzle 0.6 con altezza dello strato di 0.28 e con riempimento del 20%.
Tu puoi usare le configurazioni che più ti soddisfano e aggradano.
