The following two types of piston engines were used for the 1910s aero engines.
[A] "Air-cooled rotary engine" newly developed for aviation
[B] "Water-cooled, in-line engine" converted from industrial use such as automobiles
For [A], a model has already been produced and uploaded.
This model is for [B] and has the following features.
① Water-cooled, in-line, 6-cylinder (double type)
② Overhead Valve Mechanism, Push Rod type
③ Cutaway model (#1, 6 Cylinder, Crank Case)
⑤ Cooling Water Pump, Water supply pipe/water discharge pipe
⑥ Oil pump, Magneto, Propeller - Dummy
⑦ Valve movement can be observed by manually turning the crankshaft.
B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 28 pages)
The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping and painting)".
The following repair skills may be required in some cases, so please treat them.
a. Broken thin parts: Bonding
b. Enlarged small holes: Bonding, etc.
c. Crushing of screw threads: Bonding, etc.
d. Loose screw: Bonding, etc.

Total STL files are 58 items including the stand and tools.
“ws” of last 2 digits of file name means “With Support” special designed.
E. Total Net Print Time: Approx. 67 HR
- (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support)
Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience.
F. Printing settings
Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience.
My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA.
