X-Wing 2nd Edition (v2) - Miniatures game modular dashboard release 1.0

Set of modular and stackables dashboards for X-Wing v2 miniatures game.

Requirements (optional):

-3x2mm magnets (and a few 3x1mm magnets)

Once I'll find a huge ship conversion, I'll design specific board modules. However, they are out of stock since more than a year from now...

Easy print, as long as your printer is correctly set-up

I used PLA-Silk and PLA+ on a cheap printer (tuned Longer LK4 Pro/Alfawise U30 Pro)

Except for magnets, no glue is required. Everything should fit easily.

Layer height: 0.2mm

Nozzle: 0.4mm

No supports

Disable overhang for angle less than 65°.

Only magnets holes require supports/

If you print all support, fitting modules might be more difficult

1st layer print needs to be perfect. Otherwise, modules stacking could be loose

All clipped parts have a tolerance of 0.2mm. However, if it's not enough, I made additional models with the following suffixes:

"xxx-S" for an additional 0.2mm reduction

"xxx-L" for an additional 0.2mm augmentation

If your sliders prints are weak, try other filaments, or other temp settings.

No particular difficulty, if the printer is properly set.

The quality of the printing of the 1st layer must be impeccable. Otherwise, there may be stacking problems

All parts that are supposed to fit together, have by default a tolerance of 0.02mm. If this is not enough, additional models are also available:

"xxx-S" for a size reduced again by 0.2mm

"xxx-L" for a size increased by 0.2mm

If you have weakness in the sliders, try other filaments, or other extrusion settings. Sunlu's PLA+ seems stronger than conventional PLA
