Practical headphone hanger (Ikea compatible) (easy to print)

This is an easy to print slide-on headphone mount. The provided files work with my own 22mm desk, as well as the 30mm Ikea Gerton, 34mm Ikea Linnmon and 50mm Ikea Lack tabletops. 

This file should be easy to print (given your printer has adequate cooling capabilities). It prints as one piece, and the slight angle in the top part provides a friction fit with the tabletop. I printed an early version on my Prusa i3 MK3s (stock) with 0.20mm layer heights, 50% rectilinear infill and with Prusa Silver PLA. I recommend using PLA for this print, to give it the stiffness that this needs. PETG and ABS might work, but I don't know if they're stiff enough to provide enough clamping force. 

On stock PrusaSlicer settings set-up as described above, printing time was about 2 hours and 33 minutes. If you increase the layer height, it could be possible to shave 30 minutes to 1 hour off that print time, depending on your slicer settings and printers. 

In case your desk isn't one of the listed sizes, you can always contact me to adapt the file to your desk if you provide me with the thickness of your desk. To avoid tolerance issues, the distance between the two parts of the clamp is the desk-size + 0.7mm. 

(PS, the provided picture slightly deviates from the final design included in the STL's. This is normal, I've tweaked a few things on the design to be prettier and print better).
