Gauge Pin Holder

This is Go No Go style holder, the main body can be printed twice and pinned together with an adhesive to make it double ended. The model has been tested in PLA material with a layer height of .15mm. The pin itself will need to be a sliding fit, the pin is modeled at size of the corresponding hole to account for shrinkage of material. This print should be produced on a calibrated printer in order to perform properly. The collets should be flexible enough to accommodate metric equivalents if needed. The purpose of this tool is to provide a holder for pins used in hole size inspection. Pins placed in the holder are commonly used to check clearances for shafts or finally assembly of a project or product.

Collet sizes included with the assembly are: 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2 inches
