Description
Fulguros the Sandscorcher rules over a vast swathe of the Karamesht Desert.
His lair is deep within the City of Glass; a once proud and populous city built by the Elementari people. Fulguros razed the city, blasting its grand sandstone structures into fractured glass and ravaging its people, eventually installing himself as their ruler. Over the years their numbers dwindled as they gave ever more of their wealth to Fulguros who continued to kill and devour his servants in fits of rage.
Now he is rumoured to lie in deep slumber on his horde, only to be awoken by the intrusion of those who seek the City of Glass and its riches...
