Description

节省耗材,给A1制作封箱提升仓温用于打ABS材料,实际测试仓温能到达45°。另外外排系统的加入也保证健康。

2.5*4 特氟龙管 3米

气动接头PU-4 10个

组装流程:

风扇堆叠使用热熔胶枪粘合,对准压力板切割。再使用热熔胶枪进行固定,1cm的钻头打四个洞用于配合AMSLITE封箱使用 左侧可以再开一个孔用于外挂的5.8L米箱或者3KG灯丝的10L米箱耗材。开完孔后放入气动接头PU-4往外拉使用热熔胶枪固定。然后把整块亚克力板对准防火箱进行防火箱的剪切。开出适当的洞后我们再把亚克力板拿出在四周贴上魔术贴确保防火箱和亚克力板的密封。打印2个风扇转接环,使用铝箔密封胶带将他密封。风扇接上分路线接上电机开启电机。拉上防火箱开启ABS工程耗材之旅吧!

 

ps:使用热熔胶枪的原因是因为密封,包括使用纤维的铝箔密封胶带。我要确保风道出去的地方是完全密封的,当然你会说这个防火箱它本身就不够密封。我想说的是如果完全密封的话就不能形成负压排出废气了。我现在还在整合验证其他大神的ams封箱方案,我已经尝试半个月了,自己打印整个箱体使用亚克力磁吸材料、置顶方案等等。。。他都和A1封箱有冲突。如果有更完美的与A1封箱+AMS封箱的方案我会继续更新,我现在的思路方案是使用模块化轴,使他能放下4卷3KG耗材或者6卷1KG耗材,或者3KG+1KG+3kg+1kg、3KG+1KG+1KG+1KG。。各种组合方式。祝我近期amslite改造顺利!

Assembly process:

The fans are stacked and glued with a hot melt glue gun, and cut to the pressure plate. Use a hot melt glue gun to fix them, and use a 1cm drill to make four holes for use with the AMSLITE sealing box. Another hole can be opened on the left side for the external 5.8L rice box or 10L rice box with 3KG filament consumables. After drilling the hole, put in the pneumatic connector PU-4 and pull it outward to fix it with a hot melt glue gun. Then align the entire acrylic plate with the fireproof box and cut the fireproof box. After drilling the appropriate holes, we take out the acrylic plate and stick Velcro around to ensure the sealing of the fireproof box and the acrylic plate. Print 2 fan adapter rings and seal them with aluminum foil sealing tape. Connect the fan to the branch line and the motor to turn on the motor. Pull up the fireproof box and start the journey of ABS engineering consumables!

ps: The reason for using a hot melt glue gun is because of sealing, including the use of fiber-like aluminum foil sealing tape. I want to make sure that the place where the air duct goes out is completely sealed. Of course, you will say that this fireproof box itself is not sealed enough. What I want to say is that if it is completely sealed, it will not be possible to form a negative pressure to discharge the exhaust gas. I am still integrating and verifying the AMS sealing solutions of other great gods. I have been trying for half a month. I printed the entire box myself using acrylic magnetic materials, top solutions, etc. . . He all conflicts with A1 sealing. If there is a more perfect solution with A1 sealing + AMS sealing, I will continue to update. My current idea is to use a modular axis so that it can hold 4 rolls of 3KG filaments or 6 rolls of 1KG filaments, or 3KG+1KG+3kg+1kg, 3KG+1KG+1KG+1KG. . Various combinations. I wish my recent AMSlite transformation goes smoothly!
