The "Gold Witch" gold panning chute is a combination of all my gold panning chutes and mats that achieved the best gold panning results.
The hopper at the front has a width of 36cm, making it relatively easy to fill with a shovel, as the gold panning channel can be operated without sieving.
The main body of the gold washing channel is divided into 2 segments, the front segment is for fine gold and coarse gold, the rear segment is for mostly fine gold only.
The rear segment is equipped with 3 integrated expansion grids, as well as a grizzly bar cover that has a plug and screw system. The front part of the cover should be anchored at the top of the gold wash chute with a wing nut so that the cover can be easily removed at any time. The rear of the cover has its own plug-in system with a plug. Simply push the plug through and turn 180°.
The "Golden Witch" gold wash trough can also be printed in 2 versions, one with a carrying handle and one without a carrying handle.
There is also an alternative version of the top, which also has ripples and a logo.
Tip 1: The tighter you tighten the screws on the expanded metal, the easier it is to lock them in place at the end for rinsing out the gold wash trough.
Tip 2: Depending on the quality of your printer and the resulting precision, I recommend sealing the individual gaps that can occur between the parts with silicone, for example.
The gold wash chute weighs approx. 3.2 kg to 3.8 kg when finished, depending on the amount of infill used, so I recommend planning 4 rolls of filament for the gold wash chute.
You will also need the following materials:
36 x (M5x24mm countersunk head screws)
36 x (M5 washer)
35/36 x (M5 nut)
1 x (M5 wing nut)
The "Gold Witch" goldsluice is a combination of all my goldsluices and mats that achieved the best results when prospecting for gold.
The funnel at the front is 36cm wide, which makes filling it with a shovel relatively easy, as the goldsluice can be operated without sieving.
The main body of the goldsluice is divided into 2 segments, the front segment is for fine gold and coarse gold, the rear segment is for largely only fine gold.
The rear segment is equipped with 3 integrated expanded mesh, as well as a grizzly bar cover that has a plug-and-screw system.
The front part of the cover should be anchored to the top of the goldsluice with a wing nut so that the cover can be easily removed at any time.
At the back, the cover has its own plug-in system with a plug. Simply push the plug through and turn it 180°.
The "Golden Witch" goldsluice can also be printed in 2 versions, one with a carrying handle and one without a carrying handle.
There is also an alternative version of the top, which also has ripples and a logo.

Tip 2: Depending on the quality of your printer and the resulting precision, I recommend sealing the individual gaps that may arise between the parts with, for example, silicone.
