When I tried the original it would not print well and the little details would always break. So I took models and threw it in a CAD software and modified the mesh. I rounding edges where needed, adding solid supports, changed some of the geometry to be more simple to make it easier to print, thickened areas where I thought the model needed more strength.

For those people who don’t know what they want. ;) I have just made the chess board that is 16” in four pieces. I am printing it to see how it works but then you will be able to have magnets in the board too.

I got these magnets on Amazon. Just some cheap ones. Did you have trouble with the chess set printing? I have done a lot of work on these to make them print well. I strive to get 5 stars. Was there anything that needed fixing?
