This is a cheap substitute for a glass-bottom dish. The chamber fits round coverslips with a diameter of 25mm. This is for seeding and imaging cells on a coverslip for experiments within a couple of hours. I also perfused the cell with buffer, and this chamber did not leak for my prints.

I have not tried to see if this one can be used to hold cells for a longer time, for example, a couple of days.

Please do not heat this chamber to over 60C.

Please remember to make sure your prints are not leaky before actually using it.

Please use 0.08-0.1mm layer. 0.2mm is really not good for this model.

Please use PLA tough or ABS!!!! PLA basic is leaky.

Smooth and textured building plates all work for me. Please double-check that the prints are not leaky before actually using them.
