Stl file without a hole can be customized, for example in a prusaslicer, by adding a negative volume, depending on the diameter of the hole you need

Mine fit a hole with a diameter of 23mm, I also added a couple of other diameters

Thread is printed with a small layer, 0.1-0.15mm slowly and at a higher temperature, the layers must hold together perfectly,
Tolerances are 0.2 mm per side, but everyone has to try it, the offset can be adjusted in the slicer if the thread is too loose or tight.
