Description

Pokémon Gen 1 deck box collection, each styled after the iconic Poké Balls from the gen 1 games. The classic Poké Ball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball, and Master Ball.

Love Ball can be found here.

Overview

The magnetic sliding lid secures your sleeved deck, while a versatile, removable dice tray insert stores accessories. The lid's space-efficient design cleverly stores underneath, and magnetic stacking ensures tidy storage. Top loader display slots showcase cards, providing an easy way to identify your contents.

Parts count: 3

Key Features

  • Magnetic Sliding Lid: The deck box has a magnetic sliding lid that securely snaps into place, ensuring the safety of your sleeved deck. This feature provides easy access while keeping your cards protected.
  • Versatile Dice Tray Insert: Accompanied by a dice tray insert, the deck box offers a convenient space for your dice, counters, and other game accessories. The tray is removable, allowing you to create more room for additional cards when needed.
  • Space-Efficient Lid Storage: The lid cleverly slides off and can be stored directly underneath the box. Secured again by magnets, this design minimizes the space it occupies in your playing area, ensuring a clutter-free gaming experience.
  • Stackable Design: Magnets embedded in both the base and lid enable seamless stacking of multiple deck boxes. This innovative feature not only facilitates easy storage but also enhances maneuverability, providing a tidy and organized gaming space.
  • Top Loader Display Slots: The deck box features strategically placed slots at the front and back for top loaders. Showcase your favorite cards, deck lists, or ink types, eliminating the mystery of what's inside each box.

  • Ultra Ball: eSun PLA+ AD Black & AO Dark Yellow

Printing Tips:

  • Use the provided print profiles for best results.
  • I would recommend printing the painted deck boxes on one build plate and lids & trays on another.

Assembly

The magnets used are 15×5×3mm; the deck box will function without these, but some features are lost. Take care to mark the top of magnets before inserting to ensure the correct orientation. When printing multiple boxes, be sure to check orientation with other boxes before assembly to ensure they work nicely together.

They look good but burn a good 50-60g of poop filament... Also if your part curls off the bed at all, the little tray wont fit beneath the lid. Not a design issue, just a word of warning! I found that if the buttons in the center were made flush with a hole and the button printed separately, the purge filament can be reduced by 10-20%. OP, if you could modify and release a version with that design it would be greatly appreciated!
