Thanks to the feedback from @uberroot, I have now added the “Short_Hygrometer_Mount” print profile, it has a much shorter stem compared to the first model ("Hygrometer_Mount"). While I didn't personally need this as I only use this setup for pre-heating the chamber, the updated mount allows you to view the hygrometer much earlier as the print continues and the build plate goes down.
Import the 3MF file into the slicer and make sure the selected settings are correct (video below). I have already set the correct settings for the 3MF file, but it is a good practice to verify, and you still have to select your printer if it's not a P1S.
After printing, use side cutters or, for a cleaner cut, flush cutters to trim the tip of the mouse ears (brim ears). You can also optionally sand down the edges for a smoother finish.
Just place the hygrometer/thermometer into the mount and clip the mount over the side rail of the printer as shown below.
