Description

AMS Lite PTFE Tube Holder/Organizer for Bambulab A1 printer.

Clips onto the top right part of the A1

I have already seen some versions of PTFE Tube holder/organizer for AMS Lite, but none of them really met my expectations, so i made one myself.

This one doesnt interfer with Z or X axis, so you can print on full volume, while supporting all PTFE tubes.

And it doesnt look too bad.

(I think that silver/grey would look good aswell, maybe multicolour printing too?)

I've already created a version without the top-side clip to secure the tubes, you can try to use this version but occasionally the tubes would fall off the clamp while printing.

I would recommend using the new Version.

I dont know how often you can open and close this mechanism until some of the plastic breaks but this should be enough.

If you want to change something and cant download the files, dm me.

(Printed with Basic PLA)

Leave a like and let me know if it was helpfuel :)

Not holding to the plate for me, cleaned and used strong hair spray. tried 3 stones then gave up. There is a large bridge on the back that is not touching the first layer and seems to not help the situation? I'm not giving a rating.

What kind of material did you use? Maybe try to bump up the bed temp (Im using 65 C with Basic PLA on a Textured PEI Plate) Worked fine for me and for others. Dm me if you have questions.

I understand what you are talking about - try to cut main part 0,5 or 0,6 mm from bottom.

hi, do you have a model that can go on the top left? but in the back, the way the original is on the right? due to spacing, my AMS is on the left side, not the right.

You must be kidding me right :) You deleted my rating (it was 3 stars rating), I also added a photo of the print and text why I voted this way... This model is not bad but there are much better solutions. I had issue with printing - provided model is not good, not good fit and hold on the printer. !!!It could cause a lot of troubles and damage for your printers. Please keep in mind this risk.!!! And yes, please again you can report and delete my comment, because it is maybe fine in your country...

There is no risk printing or using this model. I am using it now for +75h print time. (Several other people are using it too, without any problems printing or using it) You were complaining about problems with your setup, thats nothing to do with my model but with your settings.

I'm using this to hold the AMS lite cable with the top mount and it works surprisingly well!

I like idea. but it doesn’t snap smoothly to the edges. and wish there was an option to have the clip at the front rather than back.
