I designed this sheath for my Lee Valley Japanese Rip/Crosscut saw that I keep in my toolkit. It should fit other similar saws with a maximum blade width of 60mm and a maximum length of 300mm. Blade thickness of approximately 1mm. It was too tall to print standing on my P1S so I used the cut feature in the slicer to create two pieces with four 5mm dowels that are 6 mm long. I had to file the dowels a little as they printed a tad long. Some cyanoacrylate glue and accelerator and it was together in 5 seconds.
This is saw.
