Is it possible to have a version with the female ball joint pointing down? so the camera is pointing more level with the extruder?

I have to check if there is enough space when the Z axis is at the lowest point. I Think you will not see anything at the first few mm or cm of the print height.

I think if the arm retained the same upward angle but the ball joint was just flipped it might work. I will have to test the position when I get home

I used the joint from the camera including the pull pad. My joint was looser, but it was solved with a tightening nut.

Thank you for posting your make, which camera do you use? Looks like it fits very good, I could name it in the description :-)

Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 the camera has a classic thread for a small tripod, so I used a part from the holder of an ordinary mini camera with the same thread. See photo

Do A1 and A1 mini have the same dimensions at the attachment point? Upd: I checked it myself and I can say that it does not fit the A1 mini. Can I get a working program file, if of course the model was made in fusion 360?

Maybe you have to increase layer adhesion. Try a temp tower to get the best layer adhesion.

Excellent model. Perfect for my C110 camera. Especially useful considering the built in camera is unusable.

Excellent model! Great solution for me as I had a few spare C110 cameras lying around. Build in camera just isn't useable. This is great

正好有个闲置的萤石C1HC,球碗对于萤石来说有点大,用电工胶布改造了一下。
