Description

Poop Chute for Paving stone / Cobblestone / Flagstone users with Tray and hidden Handle

Easy acess to the Poop with a pull out tray (if you got low space behind and besides the printer)

stays in place with 3 round Magnets (attached to the printer) d=6mm ; thickness 4mm (3mm will also work when not pushed all the way in)

tray can be hold closed with 4 magnets (Attention at the polarity!) …just optional

hidden handle with Bambu Logo for pull out the tray : flat with front when closed ; for opening push the top part in and then pull at the lower part…very simple and easy…fully printed

optional Lid for "clean design"

This Version is only for Users who using a Paving stone/cobblestone / flagstone 400x400x40mm and 5-10mm rubber mat.

It gives additional Space for the Poop…but of course it takes a bit longer to print. ;)

Find the Original design (without using a flagstone here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/76241#profileId-80830

Improvements to the Original Post:

-more Space for Poop

- deleted the 2 magnets on the side because the printer isn't magnetic there (of course ;) )

- give Space for the flagstone and rubber mat at the sliding area

- made the back of the slide a bit higher (where the poop arrives) to get a bigger range for the heigth of the rubber mat → rubber mat + Stone = 45-65mm

ATTENTION: the print profile uses the PETG/PLA trick so get a super smooth interface between the Tray and the supports!

At All it is still a bit over engineered … but…does it really matter?! ;)

Just let me know in comments when you have suggestions for improvement.

printed perfectly just had an problem with my Filament so I had to reprint the upper third of the slide and glued it together. I also layed thwo 1.5mm sheets of wood under the Chute because I had a really thick plate for the printer but no big deal for me. Didn't used the top-lid because I also use the container for supports etc. The size of the Container is perfect!

Printed in Sunlu PLA+. It fits ok, but sometimes the poop doesn't fall down the slope.

Danke, läuft einwandfrei 👍. Ich habe PETG CF benutzt ohne Support Trick, hat sich trotzdem problemlos gelöst.

I thought I posted this question already, so apologies if I you see it twice. I see you are doing the "PETG/PLA trick" which I believe to mean you use PETG as the support interface in between PLA support and PLA object. What if you wanted the reverse where you wanted the model in PETG? Does using PLA for the support interface work as well? Thanks for contributing this to the community.

@HotFix of course the trick it also will work the other way but you need to do the changes in the slicer (swap materials)

This came out absolutely awesome. Looks great. Small suggestion for those printing it... if you enable auto support for the removable carriage box, it is a pain to take it off. I wish I would've noticed it before I hit print and went to bed. That was one little challenge, but everything else came out absolutely amazing. Thank you!
