Description

THE SUPER AWESOME Tic Tac Gun 2!

External Parts required-

x1 Pen spring

x1 Rubber band (Optional for stronger power)

x4 m3 nuts ( Screwfix code- 1184T)

x4 m3 bolt 20mm ( Screwfix code- 5875J)

x1 tic tacs 18g ( Any flavour! )

How to build-

  • Install the pen spring on the little tab on the rear of the gun.
  • Place the 4mm spring barrel in the slot.
  • Line up the trigger with the middle hole and make sure the barrel & spring moves freely.
  • Place the 18g mag into the top slot.
  • Install the other side of the gun and screw it all together.
  • Open your tictac's, discard the lid and place the carton on top of the gun, fire away! ( If the tictac's don't come out now and again, give it a good shake!)
  • Add a small elastic band to the side of the gun for more power if necessary.

This design features a better 18g tic tac carton holder on top of the gun, its designed to prevent the tictac container falling off on the original design. Also it has the additional rubber band side feature to add more fire power. Prints fine and strong enough in PLA with these pre made infill/wall settings.

Not suitable for children due to small parts, always use under adult supervision.

Nice. The screw holes were a little tight, I had to scrape some filament out to insert the M3 nuts and bolts. Otherwise fitted great and kids like it. I printed the internals in petg and made a larger adapter for the larger tic tacs since we can't find the small ones here in our town.

bit difficult to clear the areas with text. other than that pretty neat print and easy to assembly. Hex bolt space near trigger could be a bit deeper to make it even easier to assemble

I got it down to 2hrs 50mins on a single plate at 0.2mm layer and 0.4 nozzle with 4 custom hex screws and bolts and trying to find a good compliant mechanism spring to replace the pen spring and larger spring
