The idea comes from https://makerworld.com/en/models/107672#profileId-115000, which is the stand I use for my canlendar. In the original post, the calendar itself is 2D printable, and I think why not make it 3D printable =)

Make My Sign makes it easier to create my own templates and to add more flavor with imported SVG images. Slightly adjusted font heights in Bambu Studio so that overlapping numbers will show. Hope that Make My Sign could add a function to share and upload templates.
