Updated model a second version that has a smooth edge towards the inside of the spool top stop being filament caught on the square edge of the first model.

Filament Clip for Bambu Lab spools.

The clip will push into the two holes on the spool and filament can slide inside. It can be left on the spool and if you want to remove push on the knobs from the other side with pliers or another tool.

This works with the AMS if the spool is orientated so the clip will be on the right hand side, if on the left it will obstruct the spool spinning.

There is enough friction in the hole to hold the filament, if you play with print settings you can make it tighter.
