Description

0,16 layer height rectilineair infill,

Complete setup for your AMS with almost 500 grams of silica…..

Use the cool plate for better adhesion or a brim with the textured plate, for me it worked fine without.

Hygrometer used: Thlevel Digitale minithermometer en hygrometer met lcd-scherm, 3 stuks, meet temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid, voor koelkast, aquarium, -50°C~+70°C (3 stuks B) : Amazon.nl: Huisdierbenodigdheden on AMAZON for €10,99

print 1 feeder button to test if they fit your AMS

Plate 1 : has the 5 pods for the front of your ams, IF your hygrometer has different slots than the pod in plate 1 delete this pod in the left bar under the TAB objects and print the pod with different mounting slots from the second profile .

Plate 2 has:

2 containers for using silica beads in the bottom of your ams instead of the standard CACL2 bags from bambu. Also funnels for easy filling the pod's of plate 1.
2 buttons for covering the sliders of the lid for closing your AMS and one for the button that is on front of the lid all without logo's
4 feeder saver's that should prevent wearing you're original feeders from filament rubbing

Plate 3 are : the 4 feeders plus the one button for opening your AMS but all with BAMBU logo's.

nice work! gives a nice look for Ams and works very well to reduce humidity with dissecant

I Clean the plate with isopropylic alcool a tryed once to cleaned with hot water and soap! probably its a defected PEI plate or can be a ajust issue!

is it a original plate or from aliexpres? I have this plate from aliexpres and prints everytime great also have printed my boxes without a brim , but to be sure I added the comment: to use a brim if your adhesion is less. Was a bit surprised for the 3 star rating with the reason of bed adhesion ;) I am just now struggeling with a new "flake Pattern plate" with adhesion.

with the speed settings in the profile i got adhesion problems, after speed settings reset to stock and a small brim it works perfect
