The brims were unnecessary and damaged the print during removal. I'd also mirror image the clip so that it opens and closes the other way, as I prefer to hold the coffee bag in my right hand and open/close the clip with my left.
I didn't have any M3x8-12 and used a couple M3x4's which worked ok. They were actually fairly tight as is, I'd almost be afraid to try longer screws.
Lastly, I can fairly easily pull the bag out of the hinged side, but it's probably sufficient.
P1S with generic PLA silk
Good feed back about the mirroring, you could just mirror the two sides and the link in the slicer.
Maybe the bags you use are thinner than ours, I also don't cut the whole top open so that the seam sticks out as in the picture. I would recommend using PLA for anything functional where it will be under stress, as the PLA creep is annoying. PETG would be a better choice. I use ABS exclusively now and I no longer provide PLA profiles for any of my models. Thanks for the feedback!
oof, I originally started that with, "If I print this again I'll..." but the 500 character limit forced me to edit and now looking at it with fresh eyes I see it more as, "you should do it this way," which was not at all my intention and I apologize if it came off that way. It's holding up well so far! much easier than dumping from the bag alone. Thanks!
Oh I see that now, odd how the file sizes are different for that same part. I'll have a look a bit later, hopefully that one is not a victim to my dead SSD.
