Notes:

You will see that the zten file and the TT_dbearing_pblock file will need printed with supports. Everything can be printed in PLA accept the dampener-with-bearing-insert. dampener-with-bearing-insert should be printed in TPU for best results.

For the assembly you will need the following:

F688ZZ 8x16x5mm Flanged Miniature Double Shielded Ball Bearing Pulley - (Careful on Amazon getting these as many are listed wrong and being shipped as 5x16x5 which won't work. I ended up using non flanged ones after receiving the wrong ones 3 times, but flanged work better.)

GT2 2mm Pitch 6mm Wide Rubber Timing Belt - (You will have to splice the belt to fit)

5mm Bore Belt Pulley Wheel or Idler - (2 of either one needed, though you can normally get a kit with the belt needed and also the pulley wheels and/or idlers.)

GT2 36 Teeth 8mm Bore Timing Belt Pulley Flange Synchronous Wheel - (You will need 2 of these, one for each z rod)

M3 or M4 bolts and t nuts for fastening the components to the frame.

Use calipers or pre print a spacer to make sure your x axis rail is equal distance to the frame on both side before installing the belt. You can either loosen the lead screw on the z coupling of the motor no longer needed, or just unplug the stepper motor not being used.
