I added a little Hole on one of the Posts for the inner end to fit in to prevent the Filament itself spinning on the Spool by getting empty.
AMS Compatible.

Not exactly. I took the Model from Thingiverse as mentioned. But i added a hole in one of the Posts for the end of the Filament to fit trough, wich was not on the original Model.
