Rose Shaft(0,1mm Layerheight for the first 3 Layers)
Pin
Blossom (0,1mm Layerheight)
Assembly Instructions:
Rose shaft:
After Printing the the shaft hold it in the direction it was printed and use heat from a lighter under each green leaf.
Just a small and quick flame. You will see that the leaf will instantly curl into the right direction. afterwards you will have a leaf “bowl” on top of the rose shaft.
If you want bigger leafs, just use a brim!
Blossom:
After Printing the Blossom curl it up from the side without the hole. If you have a bit trouble to wind it up, use warm water or a hairdryer to soften the petals!
The Last piece (Hole) need to be bended under the Blossom as a “base” you can use a bit glue to hold down the Blossom to the Base part.
If you want bigger Petals, just use a brim!
If you like, you can also lasercut the blossom out of some thin material. just use the svg file!
Important! Don't print the blossom file thicker than 0,3mm. Otherwise it will be to thick to wind it up!
After these Steps you can push the pin trough the middle of the blossom through the hole in the base of it and mount it (with a tiny drop of glue) onto the shaft!
And you are Ready with your realisic 3d rinted rose with filigree petals
Filament used: Redline Raspberryred: Red Redline Apple Green: Green

10/10! Polylite PLA. Default file settings. I used a heat gun in short bursts to bend the petals. It also helped rolling it up. Thanks for the files, you rock!
Interesting model! I had to tweak the settings to get it to print with the right number of layers and to get vase mode to work on the stem. Vase mode prints faster, stronger, and smoother with no seams for a flawless look. Rolling the blossom takes some patience but the results are worth it! Because BambuStudio doesn't allow you to apply vase mode to only one plate, I uploaded 2 profiles, one for blossom and pin, another for the stem in vase mode ☝
Ok. It needs some skills…. It’s not a Benchy that’s clear… but as you can see, I managed it to assemble it, a lot of other people also managed it. I would look for the error on your site 👍 thanks.
Great profile for both a fast and quality print, the only issues I had where down to me not quite assembling correctly, but the flower still came out great
