I recently downloaded Nico's Desk mount trash box, but I was a little disappointed with the amount of support required and the required printing time.

So I designed this model that can be printed without any supports at all and in significantly less time. The dovetail shape of the bin and clamps help ensure that the bin sits securely and that the clamps don't shift or spread outward. There is also now a lid (see link below).

I've included different clamp sizes to accommodate different desk thicknesses as well as varying depths for the bins, namely:

Clamps: 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm.

Bin depths: 34mm, 50mm, 70mm, 100mm.

(The 34mm bin is actually 33.835mm deep so as to sit flush with the base of the clamp)

Bin's are all 160mm x 80mm long and wide.

Lastly, I included a 150mm deep square bin that I thought would be really useful for trash or temporary storage of longer items.
