Assembly guild, using fabric across the chin, I used a sheet like fabric and used studded/staples to lock it in place.

the jaw caps inner and outer. you want to glue them but do not glue to the jaw as it needs to move. while gluing you can move it from time to time while you waiting for glue to dry. you can use a rubber band or O-ring for the jaw spring. I used both and ended up make the the catch a little bigger.
