I printed it in eSun PETG a while ago. Because it's under the bed I recommend to print it in PETG, ABS or ASA.

I added a test piece to print and try a m4 insert, to see if it fits properly. If not, you can use xy-compensation/horizon expansion and try again.

I've used it for a while on my SV06 without any problems. I also added the bearing mount (from the official SV06 GitHub) to mount the 4th bearing. I printed in PLA for now, but recommend at least PETG. 

The bearings I used are Igus Drylin's, so I haven't any experience with normal bearings and my custom Y-carriage.
